Greetings: watchers, friends, clubs, banned users, and otherwise deviants.

If any of you are wondering why !GalaxyDancer [I] was banned, it's not because I left dA on my own or have decided to become a hardened criminal. It was a minor issue with $chix0r on dAmn one day that became the fall of me. This is my official statement about all of this, along with my POV on what happened:

Summery. I did stuff; went to MNAdmin; moar people went to MNAdmin; chix0r got pissy and kicked all of them but me; I said sorry and left. And then, for no reason, she came to Digress with 4 MNAdmins and the bot; I banned the admins and myself for lulz; she delisted my chat for a month and told me not to go back to HST. That was the end of it. But then..........

I'm idle. chix0r comes to my chat and kills me, saying I went back to HST on another account, which is ban evasion. Which I DID NOT. That liar. I use Pinky's responses to tell Tia something when she says his name. chix0r kills him as an "unauthorized bot" and suspends my account for ban evasion. I make a new bot and throw it in there and let it idle. Tia says "Epiiiic". chix0r kills it and says "Now your account is banned even longer. How epic is that?" And now we sit where we stand. :0

UNNEEDED DEFENSE OF MY CASE [FOR THE REST OF THE RELEVANT NOTE, SEE FARTHER BELOW]:

I'm not innocent, but neither is chix0r. Let me mention that she banned a user simply because he called her an "ass", and originally dAmnbanned me first on the grounds that I'd ban evaded from #HyperSonicTalk, but then later changed the story. I sent a note to the Help Desk to inquire as directed, and her response was thus:

MNBot was in your channel, as you well knew. I had explained to you in #MNAdmin previously about your persistent disregard for rules and continuous antagonism on dAmn yet you continued to mock the administration and encourage others to do so 'for the lulz'.

You then continued to use alternative accounts to access dAmn, despite further warnings about ban evasion, ergo, your account is now banned.

Unfortunately your case is not up for appeal.

"Disregard for rules": The only rule I was breaking was going back to #HyperSonicTalk on alternate accounts, and I put a stop to that immediately after leaving #MNAdmin.

"Continuous antagonism on dAmn": I assume she's talking about the same thing in different context, or perhaps my previously cocky attitude about this.

"Mock the administration": As I have done before and only did as a joke, I banned myself from my chat, and then banned the four admins [because of their position, banning them only demotes them to a different privclass name; they can still sit and chat, just like myself as a chat owner]. Note that I banned myself to show it was in carefree spirits, and in no way meant as any sort of mockery. Also note that chix0r is the one who mocked me. In Digress, I'd stated that I still wanted to apply for the position of MNAdmin in two years, and her response using MNBot was: "You just gave everybody in MNAdmin the biggest lulz ever."

"Encourage others to do so": I only said it was for the lulz, in a vain attempt at easing the spirit of everybody else in my chat. That's not encouragement.

"Continued to use alternative accounts to access dAmn": My bot, which had been sitting there for the entire situation, I made use of by making its response to its name a single last message that says I am dAmnbanned for two weeks and Heather is in charge of the chat while I'm away, along with a couple of other personal things. Chix0r killed it with the excuse "unauthorized bot" - and here, you should note that PinkHydrobotChipmonk is already registered with deviantART as a valid bot for dAmn. My account is marked as suspended for two weeks for ban evasion. Note that ban evading means "Logging in as other accounts in attempt to access the site", and that I was wasn't logged in as PinkHydrobotChipmonk, and also that she could have looked up whose bot Pinky was and banned it on realization that it belonged to me. Also note that in the message sent to Tia, nobody ever says that it was I writing such a message. I assume from lack of any of my other accounts -including this one- being banned, chix0r has yet to run an IP check on said accounts to validate which -if any- accounts I was accused of ban evading with in #HyperSonicTalk in the first place.

And the continued story... I then made one other bot account and replaced the bot and allowed it to idle. Not soon after it had joined Digress, chix0r killed it as well, as stated previously. It is at this point that my account is changed from suspended to banned, and not too soon after, I get a reply from the Help Desk from -who else?- chix0r herself.

"Ergo": She acted inappropriately as an admin and should at least allow me to appeal my case. If any of you understood all of that blabbity blah blah above, you'd surely agree with me.


END OF UNNEEDED DEFENSE OF MY CASE - ORIGINAL NOTE CONTINUES HERE:

I'm sorry that I never got around to finishing any of my community projects, including the Avatar Mosaic and the 124+ Requests that, sadly, I was just recently getting around to actually working on. I would have showed you once and for all that I can finish something, if I'd been given such a chance. No need. I'll be on Sheezy Art and various other art sites, though I most likely won't be as active as I was here on deviantART.

I never intend to stop drawing, either, if a few of you might have that concern. I'm working on a comic I intend to publish called "Livland Wonders", or just "Livland" for short.

Lol, and I was about to hop on the bandwagon and draw some Harry Potter art, but since I'm banned, a link to imageshack.us is all I have to show (for your enjoyment; you watch me, so you wanna see some art, right?): [link]

And I think that just about covers everything. If anybody snitches (which I'm sure at least one person will, but it would be great if you didn't) about me using this account to "access deviantART", this account will be banned as well. Ok, So. My computer sucks. First, one of my keyboards died. Then I switched it to a new one. and that worked. Then it stopped working. So I switched it to ANOTHER one, this one worked in the USB and gave the second one to my mum. It worked. Now, a week later, the USB one died, and I stole my dads, which now works in the Keyboard port. Even though the Keyboard port wasn't working before.

PLEASE help if you can.
